Can you imagine that moment when you see his hands?
The
Dream of a Christian! Can you imagine what this will be like?
I still hold my breath for a second or two When I post a new article on this
site: God's prayer blog. I hold my breath hoping that someone will receive
something from my humble writing or add a comment to reaffirm that they read
the post. We develop a topic, write then edit the post, include
photos and text to the pics before we can post it. So we are like children
waiting to see a response.
So when we check back onto this his prayer site and see a comment has been
left- We are so excited!
Of course not as excited as when......
You are standing in line waiting. The moment your entire life has been waiting
for. Even when you didn't realize it! You're waiting in the line scared, worried
and uncertain of what to expect. The people in front of you are having mixed
emotions and reactions. Some are screaming while others are whimpering. . The
line moves up another foot and then you see.... a hand that is glowing ..but
then it moves and you can't see it. Where is it? Who is that? The line moves up
again and you see the glowing hand once more. But this time it is closer and
clearer. The hand is beautiful and bright. But there is something on the palm
of the hand.....what is that writing? a shadow or is it? Dare I dream? Yes it
is! It is a circular ragged scar in the palm of the hand and then you see
another hand identical to the first. With the identical scar.
Can you imagine the excitement you will feel knowing you are that close to Jesus
Christ?
Is there any words to describe the excitement of that experience! I can only
dream of seeing his hands. I dare not think of seeing his face and then to see
Our Father! My mind can NOT even imagine the joy, the love, the glory!
Can you imagine what it will be like?
